Frequently asked questions
We mainly work with PLA, a plant-based material widely used in 3D printing. For pieces that need to be tougher we use PETG, and TPU for flexible parts. We'll recommend the best option for how the piece will be used. Availability of some materials or colours may extend the lead time.
It depends on complexity and quantity. Simple pieces are usually ready in 2–3 days, and more complex or bespoke projects in 1–2 weeks. Large orders, or limited material availability, may take longer. We'll always give you an estimated timeframe before we start.
Yes, we deliver anywhere in Spain. Postage is paid by the customer and depends on the weight and size of the order; we'll include it in your quote. If you're in Castellón de la Plana (city), hand delivery is free.
Of course! We accept STL, OBJ and 3MF files. If you only have a sketch or an idea, we can design it for you; the design work is included in your quote.
Our learning resources are designed for classroom use under adult supervision. We design them to avoid sharp edges, but some pieces may be small, so they are not suitable for children under 3. If you have any doubts about a specific piece, just ask us before ordering.
